Submission for the GMTK Game Jam 2024
Theme interpretation:
We interpreted the "scale" part of "Built to Scale" as climbing. Thus, Dyno uses procedural generation to make a cliff wall that has been built to be scaled. Time your climbing carefully!
Inspiration:
The game was partially inspired by Jump King's mechanic of charging to jump with a certain amount of force. Time your jumps and climb your way to the top!
Controls:
A: Move/Swing Left
D: Move/Swing Right
Left Mouse Button: Press to grab handhold, hold to charge jump/swing, release to jump/swing
Esc: Pause
Touch the flag to win!
Update: Increased hitbox and menu options work now. Options added to main menu to either play randomized level or developer-designed level.
Note that the quit button only works on PC builds
